By purchasing any product, program, service, or digital download from Jason Capson, you agree to the terms outlined below.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Digital products

  • eBooks and downloadable content

  • Coaching programs or services

  • Online courses or training materials

Once a purchase is completed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.

No Exceptions

There are no exceptions to this policy.

You are responsible for:

  • Reviewing all product details before purchasing

  • Understanding what is included in your purchase

  • Asking questions before completing your transaction

If you are unsure about a product, do not purchase it.

Chargebacks and Disputes

By making a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute.

Any attempt to reverse a payment without valid legal grounds may result in:

  • Immediate termination of access to products or services

  • Legal action to recover funds and associated costs

Product Access

Upon purchase, you will receive access to the product or service as described.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, contact support and we will resolve the issue.
This does not qualify for a refund.
